Zadid Al Nahian is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, regulatory and energy law, labour and employment law, and arbitration. He advises and represents corporate and institutional clients in commercial and regulatory disputes before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC), Labour Courts, tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

His practice includes corporate and commercial disputes, contractual matters, energy and gas regulation, regulatory and administrative decisions, employment and service matters, constitutional issues, and civil and criminal litigation. Alongside contentious matters, he advises businesses on legal and regulatory risks, compliance, and practical strategies that take account of their wider commercial objectives. He has particular experience in the energy sector, including matters involving gas distribution, licensing, regulatory decisions, and proceedings before BERC and the superior courts.

Mr. Nahian has also served as a Law Officer of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), where he worked on legal and regulatory matters involving FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), professional football clubs, and players, including disputes involving international arbitration. This experience provided him with exposure to the international regulatory and dispute-resolution framework governing professional football.
