Abul Nashar Azad is the founder and Chamber Head of A. N. Azad & Associates, where he leads the Chamber’s litigation, corporate, commercial, employment, energy, regulatory, and constitutional law practices.

He commenced his legal career with Lex Counsel, where he advised clients on litigation and corporate matters involving employment, energy, constitutional, telecommunications, admiralty, and land law.

He subsequently joined Sultan, Fida & Reza, an established law firm headed by former Attorney General Barrister Fida M. Kamal, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. During his tenure there, he advised domestic and international clients on significant litigation, corporate transactions, commercial disputes, and regulatory matters.

Drawing on his extensive professional experience, Mr Azad established A. N. Azad & Associates to provide strategic, practical, and client-focused legal services. Under his leadership, the Chamber represents individuals, businesses, institutions, and corporate clients in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
